Student Awards, 2005

Since 1993 the North-Central Section has provided grant awards for undergraduate research projects. Research proposals are evaluated competitively. To provide further recognition to the award recipients and to provide encouragement for further participation, the Section Management Board is posting a list of the 2005 award recipients. The number of awards may vary from year to year depending upon the funding available from the Section Treasury.

For many years the North-Central Section has provided various awards and grants to students to encourage their participation in Section meetings and to reward their high quality efforts in preparing and presenting papers or posters. The Section plays a vital role in aiding the development of tomorrow’s leaders. To provide further recognition to the award and grant recipients and to provide encouragement for further participation, the Section Management Board is posting this list of 2005 recipients.
